Summary of Recent Activities • Implementation of registration waitlist • Live for Summer and Fall 2010 • Allows for online waitlist. • Email to students when space is available and opt in for text message notification • RAMweb and ARIESweb self service • Fall semseter • 16,298 notifications sent to 7,201 students • 6,049 students registered from waitlist and filled 10,604 seats • System Upgrades • Banner and Oracle upgrades, patches, bug fixes • Financial Aid regulatory updates • College Opportunity Fund UTFAB SIS Fall 10 Presentation

Projects Ahead • RAMweb • Redesign main page to eliminate scrolling • Enable self service for directory (email address or phone number) • Electronic request for major, minor (field of study) changes • Redesign of Financial Aid information including more functionality • Create ‘Graduation Ready’ checklist for undergrads • Single sign-on to Google apps, RamCT, etc. • New Class Schedule interface • ARIESweb • Electronic grade changes for instructors • ‘Ramweb for Parents’ • Enable students to delegate access to final grades, billing info • Create better communication channels with parents UTFAB SIS Fall 10 Presentation
