Lesson 1(Chain one )Design a questionnaire • Step 1:Students read some materials about the forms of a questionnaire. • Step 2 :Students read the relevant new words and expressions on daily routines. • Step 3: Students underline the unfamiliar words and expressions. • Step 4:Students ask the questions . • Step 5:Students design a questionnaire and do a survey among the classmates. • Task:students learn to design a questionnaire.
