  2. Lesson Plan • Get acquainted – with each other + teacher; • Discuss the Rules for the class; • Discuss the program and various logistics.

  3. Getting Acquainted (3min) • Prepare a name card: • write your name • write one interesting fact about yourself (MODEL)

  4. Interview the Teacher (5min) • Think of 3-4things you want to know about Mehmet, and prepare your questions. (Don’t write simple questions e.g. Are you married? • One student can/must ask ONLY ONE question. • Don’t repeat questions = please listen to your friends!

  5. Rules for this class ( 15 min) • 2 groups = make Rules: • Group # 1 – for the students in this class; • Group # 2 – for Mehmetas the teacher of this class. • Discuss your rules (5-10) and then write them on the board. • Explain your rules/ideas to the rest of the class.

  6. Mehmet’s Rules • When the lesson begins: • Be in class and at your desk; • Have your materials on your desk; • Be ready to start work! • Homework: • Always do your HW and bring it to class! • If you don’t do your HW for one lesson, you will have to do it for the next lesson + extra work! • Books: • Bring your books to every lesson. • Dictionaries
