  2.  We collected  blood clothing devices trace evidence found in this particular crime scene.  Evidence Collected from Chula Vista            Nature Center Marsh 

  3. Marsh  • A marsh is a type of wetland rather than woody plant species. • Many species of frogs, toads, turtles, snakes, mammals, birds and insects are found in a marsh.

  4. Evidence: Blood  • Tag # 3 and 7 • The evidence was found throughout  at the Chula Vista Nature Center Marsh trails. • The results found from the electrophoresis were that the victim had PKD indicated by the yellow band and so did the suspects. • The suspect had an additional purple. • The victim and the suspect were related.

What is PKD? • DNA is a nucleic acid containing the genetic instructions in the development of living organisms. • Genes are working subunits of DNA. • Chromosomes are organized structures of DNA and proteins that are found in cells. • PKD is an inherited which develops cysts on the the kidney. Causes waste to build up and prevent it from filtering properly. • PKD was detected with a yellow marker in the e-gel base.
