  4. Chain of Command - General - manages staff, establishes and accomplishes business objectives.

  5. Job Descriptions In-store positions – •Store Manager - responsible for the day-to-day management, employees report to this person. Expectations – Get things done when needed to be done, be organized, and play a leadership role. •Key holder – they can open and close the store, when the manager is absent. Expectations – Must be responsible, be able to come in when manager is absent. •Game Advisor – Helps customers, keeps everything organized, and do a little of everything. Expectations – organized, responsible, and be able to help customers. •General - manages staff, establishes and accomplishes business objectives. Expectations- organized, responsible, leadership (The general is the one in charge)

  6. Uniform Uniform/Dress code : Company’s blue Shirt, khakis. *Store provides shirt

  7. Policy • Get things done when needed to be done • Be sure to sign in when you arrive at work • Help customers • Greet customers when they enter the store • Organize the working area

  8. Company Calendar - Thanksgiving: 9:00am-1:00pm - Christmas: closed, Christmas eve: 9:00am-1:00pm - New Years eve: 9:00am-5:00pm - 4th of July: 9:00am-1:00pm. - Memorial Day: closed
