Goals of Building a Presence for Science To establish a network of science Key Leaders in each state and a Point of Contact for science for every U. S. Public and private school To put into practice national and state science education standards To link state and national education organizations, government agencies, and businesses in a collaborative partnership To establish Building a Presence for Science network in all states.
Essential People • Key Leaders - share standards and inquiry based teaching and learning with 30+ Points of Contacts in area schools • Points of Contact - share standards and inquiry based teaching and learning with educators in their school • State/National Partners in Education - share standards and inquiry based teaching and learning with all BaP members.
