Credit Profile Report - Layout • Country and Product indicator – U.S. Credit Profile Report • Easy to navigate tabs for Applicant/Co-Applicant versions of the report as well as TTY format option • Quick link options to navigate to different bands within the report • Band display order is a new setting option on Preference page • PDF/Print/Edit Inquiry options • Additional resources – User guides, video web casts, product FAQ, contact us
Identification Information • Best name and best SSN specifically stated with other names/SSNs following with an identification description spelled out – Does not match inquiry
Address and employment information • Best Addresses along with other addresses with detailed information on when, how may times, by whom and by what means the address was reported. • Best Employer along with other employers with spelled out detail as to when and by what means the employment data was reported.
Consumer Messages, Demographics and Fraud Shield Summary • Consumer Statements or Messages presented after employment • Demographics clearly identified as Best and other with Geo codes spelled out • Fraud Shield Summary layout streamlined
Profile Summary • Disputed accounts now displayed • Delinquency counter enhanced to clearly identify delinquency timeframe in addition to number of accounts associated
Score Summary • Risk models displayed with corresponding ranges • Score factor descriptions provides for all score factor codes • Color coding of score new setting option on Preference page • Accept – Green; Refer – Yellow; Decline - Red
Public Records • Public Records clearly categorizes as Liens, Civil Actions and Bankruptcies with the subcode included • Field descriptions are included for each piece of data
Trades • Type of trade clearly identified – Mortgage will be displayed first • Each piece of data is associated to a descriptor • Payment history table expanded • Worst delinquency and date now available; Mortgage ID number and type of payment included at bottom of trade

Preference Page Setting Options • Credit Profile • The user will be able to: • set a default subcode • set default product add-ons • set a preference for the default output format of the Credit Profile • set a preference for the display order of the Credit Profile bands of information • The Designate or Head Designate will be able to set a preference that will apply to all users associated to the HD/Designate’s subcode(s) for highlighting of the score output. • The preference will include customizable score ranges for “accept” (displayed in green on the output), “refer” (displayed as yellow in the output) and “decline” (displayed as red in the output). • This preference shall only display if the authenticated user is a Designate or Head Designate.
Preference Page Setting Options • Instant Prescreen • The user will be able to set a default subcode. • The Head Designate or Designate will be able to: • Set a Score & Score Range which shall apply to all users under the Head Designate/Designate • Set a Criteria level which shall apply to all users under the Head Designate • The default shall be blank. • This preference shall only display if the authenticated user is a Head Designate.

Summary • The Credit Profile will be redesigned so that it’s easy to read and more intuitive than the existing TTY. • Not a product option to be granted by Head Designate; will be immediately presented to all users as default – • Clients can select TTY on input or when viewing output • The Credit Profile will be redesigned so that it’s easy to read and more intuitive than the existing TTY. • Decipher all codes so user does not have to look up definitions. • Design will clearly delineate the bands of information. • The organization of the data will be easy to understand. • The enhanced HTML Credit Profile will be available in eSolutions batch processing.
Summary continued • The user will have the ability set display preferences for the HTML Credit Profile. • Highlight the score returned with colors to indicate approve, refer or deny. • Rearrange the order of display for the bands of information to bring the relevant data to the top of the report for each client. • The user will be able to set display preferences for Instant Prescreen and Collection Advantage
