  2. Short Note On Ultram Ultram contains generic Tramadol, which belongs to opioid class of analgesics. It is prescribed for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Ultram is also used for the other forms of pain like injury pain, surgical pain, joint pain, back pain and muscle pain, etc. This drug works very fast because it is a centrally acting medicine, so that its effects stay up to 4 to 5 hours.

  3. Mechanisms of Ultram Ultram decreases pain by using two-mechanisms such as: • It reduces pain signals towards brain, which further leads to reduction in pain perception. • Ultram lessens the reuptake of serotonin and nor-epinephrine that helps to decreasing in pain.

  4. How You Can Take Ultram? This medicine is available in the form of tablet so take this drug via oral route along with a sufficient amount of water. The dose of this drug should be consumed four times in a day after every 4 to 5 hours. You can take this drug with food or without food.
