  1. Process Improvement IPM Targeting Zero Cutting ISW (Industrial Solid Waste) Developing 100% recycling policy IRM (Industrial Residual Material)

  2. Zero Industrial Solid Waste on Well sites • To eliminate ISW at WS it is important to crack each element of the waste and condition it as sub-product for other industries (raw material.) • In essence it is not focusing on eliminating waste by perfect performance, but reinventing waste as recycled raw materials for other industries. • Finally targeting a consumer and providing it to them as low end raw material for fast processing. Later profitting out of waste when market niche is settled.

  3. Two Muds means two raw materials. • Oil based mud recycling • Two different path • Reinserting • By treatment of Muds and 100% reinserting on the drilling operations. • Pre-setting • By treating the cuttings, separating its elements and preparing them for other industries. Water based mud recycling • Two different path • Reinserting • By treatment of Muds and 100% reinserting on the drilling operations. • Pre-setting Dry-out • By treating the cuttings, separating its elements and preparing them for other industries.

  4. OIL BASED - REINSERTING • By treatment of the cutting and reinserting them into the process • Cuttings are separated from Mud at Shakers (Separated Cuttings - SC) • SC are transported into the Hoppers. • Hoppers Slur the cuttings into reinsertable clay CRI • Clay are disposed into slurry units or mud tanks.

  5. Oil Based - Pre-setting • This process implies separating the elements of waste and conditioning them into recycled products • By treatment of the cutting separating and conditioning: • Cuttings are separated from Mud at Shakers (Separated Cuttings - SC) • SC are transported into the Hoppers. • Hoppers Slur the cuttings into Centrifuge separator • Clay are disposed active mud system and overboard deposits.

  6. Water Based Reinserting • By treatment of the cutting and reinserting them into the process • Cuttings are separated from Mud at Shakers (Separated Cuttings - SC) • SC are transported into the Hoppers. • Same as in Oil Based Mud Processing

  7. Water Based Pre-setting • By treatment of the cutting separating and conditioning: • Cuttings are separated from Mud at Shakers (Separated Cuttings - SC) • SC are transported into the Hoppers. • Hoppers Slur the cuttings into Centrifuge separator • Clay are disposed active mud system and overboard deposits.

  8. From Waste to Residual Raws • Once Clay is separated it is conditioned and dried onto sands for later packaging. • Packaging goes in Well site which means raw material for waste land-filling, and ornamental floriculture. • Also used as raw material for brick and construction industry.
