  3. Ambulatorio per ilTrattamento del Tabagismo • Indicazioni OMS • Meno fumatori = meno spesa sanitaria • Non iniziare e smettere prima possibile • HPH • Target: pazienti, personale, comunità • Sinergia Ospedale/Enti locali • Identificare i fumatori e promuovere la cessazione

  4. I numeri del fumo • Fuma il 22% della popolazione Italiana • 38% tenta di smettere • 80% fallisce • Cessazione assistita in Veneto + di 50% • 1% si rivolge agli Ambulatori/Centri

  5. I numeri ULSS 3 • Stimati 40.000 fumatori • Domanda attesa 400 fumatori • In carico Ambulatorio di Bassano • 54 nel 2012 • 58 dal 1/1/13 (un corso da effettuare anche Asiago) • Accogliamo circa il 15% della domanda attesa

  6. Identificare i fumatori e promuovere la cessazione • Popolazione generale (MMG, MC, Donatori Sangue, Med. Sport, …) • Pazienti ULSS ambulatoriali e degenti (invii, consulenze) • Cluster di pazienti a maggior concentrazione di fumatori • Pazienti psichiatrici • Alcolisti ( interventi CAT – A.A.) • Altre dipendenze • Ricaduti • Post-IMA/ictus • gravidanza • Pazienti con altri fattori di rischio • Diabete • Ipertensione • Obesità/Sedentarietà (alimentazione scorretta)
