Contra Costa Clean Water Program:Who We Are • Participants • Contra Costa County (Unincorporated Areas) • All 17 Cities and 2 Towns • Contra Costa Flood Control and Water Conservation District • All Are Co-Permittees Under A Municipal Regional Stormwater (MRP) NPDES Permit or East Contra Costa County Municipal NPDES Permit • Program Funded Through a Cost Payment Agreement and formed in 1991.

Contra Costa Clean Water Program: What We Do • To coordinate/assist Co-Permittees’ efforts to reduce and/or eliminate pollutant discharges into and from the municipal storm drain system in compliance with their Municipal Regional or East County Municipal Stormwater Permit. • Assistance can be in the form of providing guidance, creating model documents, developing outreach material, training, overseeing consultant work, and coordinating regional efforts.

CCCWP and Regional/Statewide Coordination • Bay Area Stormwater Management Agencies Association Phase I Permittees – Subject to the MRP • Alameda Countywide Clean Water Program • Contra Costa Clean Water Program • Fairfield-Suisun Urban Runoff Management Program • San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program • Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program • Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District Phase II Permittees – Subject to the Statewide Phase II Small MS4 Permit; Statewide Trash Amendments • Marin County Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program • Napa Countywide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program • California Stormwater Quality Association
