  2. Mission Statement The mission of Divinity Transportation, LLC is to provide our shippers reliable shipping services in a prompt and timely manner one truckload at a time.

  3. Probationary Period • 45 consecutive working days • Health, dental, life, and other add on benefits are eligible at a successful completion of this period • An enrollment packet will be mailed to you upon completion Things to remember

  4. Performance Evaluations Evaluations are conducted to provide both supervisors and employees the opportunity to discuss job tasks, identify and correct weaknesses, encourage and recognize strengths, and discuss positive approaches for meeting company goals.

  5. Pay Day • Settlements are deposited in your payroll account every other Friday • Bills, fuel receipts, and log sheets must be submitted for payment • Bills are due by the Monday before a payday at 5:00 pm • If payday falls on a holiday, employees will receive pay on the last work day before the regularly scheduled payday. Things to Remember Advances will be deducted from bi-weekly settlement

  6. Holidays 8 unpaid holidays as listed below: • New Years Day (January 1) • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (3rd Monday in January) • Independence Day (July 4) • Thanksgiving day (4th Thursday in November) • Day after Thanksgiving (4th Friday in November) • Christmas Eve (December 24) • Christmas day (December 25) • Day after Christmas (December 26) • If you decide to work on a Holiday, you will receive extra pay.

Communication is Key! • When a load is picked up • When a load is delivered • For scheduled maintenance needs • At the start of my shift • For directions • For all work related questions When should I contact my driver manager? Remember drivers must notify Dispatch immediately upon pick-up and drop-off for all loads (including brokered freight). Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine for each occurrence and disciplinary action up to separation

Log Sheets Below are a number of rules to remember: • All drivers must have a 10 hour shut down daily (sleeper) with 8 consecutive hours • Drivers cannot drive longer than 11 hours per day • All fuel stops must be noted on log sheets • Origin and destination must be noted on all log sheets • Off-duty time includes time when you are on your 34 hour reset • Drivers can only operate for 14 consecutivehours (on-duty not driving + driving) before they have to shut down • Your 14 hour clock begins when you leave the sleeper • A vehicle inspection must take place daily before you begin your shift • Company speed Limit is 67 MPH- 3or more speeding violations on your log sheet audits will result in $45 fine

  13. Driver File • Copy of Driver’s license, SSN card, medical card, or other form of qualifying ID • Importance of up-to-date information • Complete I-9, W-9, other misc. employment documentation
