Purpose & Scope • Purpose • Share scheduled and potential billing programme plans • Share and understand top level customer requirements to provide potential development candidates to be fed into next programme phase, to assist ease of reconciliation with Billing • Scope: • Major products invoiced by BT Wholesale and Openreach e.g. LLU, WLR, W Calls, IPStream, Circuit billing • Systems/technical or operational process improvements • Excludes Conveyance products covered at other forums
Planned Deployments • IPStream: • From October 2008 invoice The following developmentswill be an additional reconciliation data item for customers over and above the current service id which is currently the only unique identifier output on customer bills for IPStream
Network ID (CBUK) • The Network ID (CBUK) will be output on the one off charge and rental section of the bill and product charges section of the bill back up file. • This will be added for all new plus existing End User instances. • It will cover all IPStream ADSL, IPStream SDSL and Datastream SDSL products which are included on the existing IPStream bills.
Caller Line Identification (CLI) • The End User Caller Line Identifier (CLI) will be output on the one off charge and rental section of the bill and product charges section of the bill back up file. • This will be added for all new and existing End User instances. • It will cover all IPStream ADSL products which are included on the existing IPStream bills.
Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) • The End User Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) will be output on the one off charge and rental section of the bill and product charges section of the bill back up file. • This will be added for all new End User migration orders received into billing. • It will cover all IPStream ADSL products which are included on the existing IPStream bills.
Potential Deployments – not confirmed • Adjustments on bill back ups to have field layouts closer linked to the product charges (various products) • Datastream to be available via e-billing • Flexing down and taking out of service automation for BT Central Circuits (IPStream) • CLI/Customer Reference/Cease Reason/MAC code on bill back up (LLU MPF/SMPF) • SPID added to Bill Back Up (WLR) • Usage Summary reconciliation to CDR files (WLR) • Price List links to Bill Descriptions (Various, initially WLR)
