  4. Assignments • Class Blog • Quiz over Basic Cooking Skills • Begin preparing for Appetizer Test

  5. Class Blog • Each Student Is Responsible For Submitting One Entry • Must Include Recipe, Instructions, And Picture • For End Of Year Project, Groups Will Utilize Recipes For A Project Grade • Link To Class Blog

  6. Basic Cooking Skills • Rules to Follow in Kitchen • Materials Needed for Cooking • Cooking Meat, Vegetables, and Breads • Intro to Using Stove

  7. Appetizer Test • Students will ‘draw’ which Appetizer they will make • All potential appetizers are dishes we have made in class • Worth 10% of overall grade • Bonus points if Recipe/Instructions are memorized
