14. COMPLIANCE CRYPTOCURRENCY SECURITIES AND INITIAL COIN OFFERING (ICO) This Initial Coin Offering will follow the Securities & Exchange Commission rules and regulations. The Securities & Exchange Commission will supervise this entire process. A transfer agent will hold the funds in escrow until the minimum amount of funds have been raised and they will also hold ownership information of that security. We will be working with Wunderfund.co who has been licensed through the Securities and Exchange commission to assist us through this process and make sure we are in full compliance with the rules and regulations that have been set forth by the Securities & Exchange Commission.
