To make the call even more exciting, he phoned them from the streets of New York City. • Place of invention: First cell phone invented at bell labs but it wasn’t completely considered mobile. • Inventors: Martin Cooper, Richard W. Dronsuth, ; Albert J. Mikulski, Charles N. Lynk Jr., James J. Mikulski, John F. Mitchell, Roy A. Richardson, John H. Sangster.
