Management Committee • Purpose: The Management Committee is part of the governing structure for the Aurora Health Care Medical Group. The Management Committee is accountable to the AHCMG Board of Directors and AHCMG President. The role of the Management Committeeis to coordinate and promote the delivery of high quality care in the market in collaboration with the medical service lines, departments and the Market CMO by virtue of those functions delegated to it by the Board and in accordance with the strategic initiatives put forth by Advocate Aurora Health Care and the Aurora Health Care Medical Group Board.
