  2. Warm-up • Journal: Full sentences for full credit • Do your variables (resources/conditions) work together to make the civilization successful or is each variable individually important?

  3. Whose civilization will end up lasting and why? PROJECT WORK TIME • Work with the group to fill out the planning worksheet and choose your three variables. • Work individually to write your three paragraphs • One paragraph to explain the importance of variable #1 • One paragraph to explain the importance of variable #2 • One paragraph to explain the importance of variable #3

  4. Reflection* • Journal: Full sentences for full credit • In creating your civilization, were the environmental factors or the human forces more influential/important?

  5. Homework* • Work on your individual (three) paragraphs about how each of the three variables (resources/conditions) is important and how it will impact the development/success of your civilization. • Reminder: one paragraph to explain the importance of each variable • 5-10 sentences per paragraph

  6. Warm-up* • What do you have left to finish for your project? • (You will have 10 minutes to finish and prep to present) • Who will do what during the presentation? • Present Variable #1 – explain why it was chosen and how it will bring success? (presented by: [Name]) • Present Variable #2 – explain why it was chosen and how it will bring success? (presented by: [Name]) • Present Variable #3 – explain why it was chosen and how it will bring success? (presented by: [Name]) • Conclusion – why will you civilization having these three variable be the MOST successful? (presented by: [Name])
