Methods Summary • Mail survey: • 68 out of 165 properties responded, or 41% • 45 out of 103 owners responded or 44% of owners • The 68 properties represent 216 units • Total sample n=68 properties with 216 units • Two-thirds are duplexes • Remainder range from 3-12 units • Worst-case statistical reliability for sample size from a population of 165: ±9.1%. www.cdri.com
