  4. Planning • Assigned to our Service Excellence Committee • Developed a task force that consisted of Patient Advocate, CNO, Human Resources, Marketing, and Direct Patient Care Staff and our EVS Director • Began working on Goals and Outcomes for the PFAC

  5. Task Force Steps • Defined Goals and Role of PFAC • Drafted a Charter-Completion left for PFAC • Developed membership characteristics
