  3. 项目简介 PQDD的全称是ProQuest Digital Dissertations，是国外著名的博硕士学位论文数据库。 2002年开始，为满足国内对博士论文全文的广泛需求，国内各高等院校、学术研究单位以 及公共图书馆，以优惠的价格、便捷的手段共同采购国外优秀博硕士论文，建立了ProQuest博 士论文全文数据库，实现了学位论文的网络共享。 联盟的运做模式是：凡参加联盟的成员馆皆可共享各成员馆订购的资源；各馆所订购资源不会 重复；一馆订购，全国受益；且随时间的推移，加盟馆的增多，共享资源数量也会不断增长。
