  6. Typical Parish • Meet with cleric (office – daytime) • Meet with parish (parish – evening) • GFL Questionnaire • Dragons Den • Present GFL • Let them identify gaps • Play DVD to inspire (Rich or Today by Rob Bell) • Recruit Task Group

  7. Typical Parish • Meet with task group (in parish daytime or evening) • Identify jobs to be done • Identify responsible people • Set deadlines • Meet with task group • Check progress • Meet with cleric to discuss preaching/teaching
