Octopus Environment • Rapid development and testing of mobile applications is enabled through implementing freely accessible development & testing platform. • Environment gives excellent opportunity to innovate, develop and test mobile applications and services using existing state - of - the - art enablers like in the first phase messaging, SMS, Browsing and MMS.
