  3. أسباب الكسلCauses of Laziness • -روتين (رتابة). • فتور روحي. • عدم فهم الممارسة الروحية. • إحباطات في الطريق الروحي (أو من الخارج). • عدوي من الأخرين. • مشغولية و إرهاق. • - Routine (monotony). • - Lack of spiritual warmth. • Lack of understanding of spiritual practice. • Sense of failure in spiritual progress (or from outside) • Contagion from others. • Preoccupation & fatigue.
