  1. Games that teach – Learning by doing for Preschools Children learn better by introducing them to the world of fun and playing educational games. Teaching practical life skills and philosophies are important parts of grooming our children into well-rounded adults. Playing games increases motivation by helping students relax, open up, and get out of their heads while learning. It is important to make learning exciting for students with interactive activities to motivate the students and encourage them to learn while playing. Some of the games that teach in fun ways to engage the students are: Puzzles: Puzzles are supposed to be a creative group game that encourages students to work in harmony. Images, words, calculations, historical figures, and monuments can be a good source of puzzles to teach students with various subject matters. Best Preschool dividestudents into groups then hand them out a puzzle to solve. Alternatively, students can create their own puzzles, which will enable a teacher to get them more engaged in class. Nutrition Mission:

  2. Children don’t know about healthy eating. Teachers can ask them to make a healthy eating lunchbox, using a combination of different food types, present on a poster. Discuss with them the pros and cons of different foods. Sharing fun facts like – strawberry flavor used in ice-cream contains more than 50 hazardous chemicals can be a suitable teaching method. Parachute Game played with more than two people is a fun game to develop fine motor skills. A large sheet/parachute is spread on the floor, and everyone has to hold an edge of the sheet. Working together, raise the sheet and say ‘up,’ ‘up,’ then simultaneously lower it saying ‘down,’ ‘down.’ When a teacher calls ‘under,’ ‘under,’ everyone can let go sheet and hurry under. The game helps children in gaining movement skills and as well teach them to listen patiently. Twenty objects This is another skill-full game to enhance memory in young children. Place 20 different objects on a table and give students 1 minute time to memorize all the articles. Now cover the items with a cloth and ask students to write down as many as they remember. Objects can be selected related to the current module of study or connected in another way. Simon says This is an excellent game for kids to pay close attention to and instructions. Here, one kid asks his fellow players to do silly action saying, ‘Simon says to stand on your hands,’ or ‘Simon says jump like monkeys.’ Other kids have to follow the instructions of Simon. Kids paying less attention will discover themselves to be left behind. This will give them extra motivation to listen attentively, later paying more attention to the class instructions. Art Class A journey into the world of art generates creativity and visual learning in the children. The art lessons may include: ●Art as language ●Message in Art ●Lines ●Shapes Children love to play with colors and so, various art projects can be designed to foster creativity and encourage problem-solving, which will help in enhancing critical thinking skills.
