Barcode, this is a normal convention however it subverts from the usually position(bottom corner) this again emphasises on the magazines confidence. Main image King Kong is used as the main image for the magazine, the use of the animated picture emphasizes on the characters strength the magazine is obviously confident enough that the film can do all the talking therefore no sell lines need to be used.
