Introduction • Car-borne information system is an electronic system that provides all kinds of information for car drivers and passengers. • It consists of car-borne information terminal and information service out of the car • They are integrated by mobile communication technique and wireless network. • It not only includes information display and entertainment device in the car, but also serves as a bridge among car, mobile commerce and traffic information service
