  5. Resecable, extensión más allá del páncreas ( duodeno)

  6. AJCC • ESTADIO II: RESECABLE, EXTENDIDO MÁS ALLA DEL PANCREAS • Invasión venosa (SMV, PV) • Ante nuevas perspectivas quirurgicas estos enfermos que eran irresecables deben ser evaluados individualmente • Invasión retroperitoneal
