PETITION FOR REVIEW • After you’ve examined our records, and believe our Full Cash Value is wrong or inequitable, you can then file a Petition for Review (Form 130) • Include as much supporting information as possible • If you wish, mark the box on the form requesting a meeting (we’ll mail you notice of when and where to meet with an appraiser) • PETITIONS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR NOTICE • The Assessor must send you a written decision by August 15th • If you are dissatisfied with the Assessor’s decision, you may appeal to the State Board of Equalization
