  2. AGRICULTURA EN MEXICO: Es la balanza o cultivo de la tierra. Ciencia y arte de cultivar. En el terreno nacional los diez principales cultivos son: arroz palay, frijol, maíz en grano, trigo, ajonjolí, cártamo, algodón en semilla, soya, cebada, y sorgo en grano, otros cultivos importantes son: aguacate, fresa, limones, mangos, manzanas, naranjas, nueces, piñas, etc. • GANADERIA EN MEXICO: México tradicionalmente se ha caracterizado por ser un país ganadero. Cuenta con grandes áreas donde se crían bovinos, ovinos, porcinos, etc. • MINERIA EN MEXICO: México es uno de los países de Latinoamérica que se encuentra localizado en una región volcánica rica en minerales. México es un importante productor mundial de plata, celestita, sulfato, cadmio, mercurio, arsénico, plomo, zinc, azufre, sal, yeso, cobre , etc. • PESCA EN MEXICO: Mediante la actitud pesquera se obtienen recursos naturales de mares, ríos y lagos. • LA SILVICULTURA EN MEXICO: Es el cultivo de los bosques o montes y también la ciencia que trata de este cultivo.
