  4. Sanfran “Purok” System? This is a community-driven, bottoms-up approach type of governance that sees the importance of every families in achieving sustainable development without sacrificing the environment and the next generation

The SANFRAN SYSTEM: A Unique Innovation A Sanfran “Purok” System is a micro structure of the barangay unit bringing effective governance at the sub-village level, a one-of-a kind innovation seen only in San Francisco The Purok System showcases its Capital Build Up (CBU) program that empowers communities at the purok level by allowing local initiatives to flourish. The Bayanihan (community cooperation) is the backbone of the purok system

This initiative will leads to water and security for the next generation.

On the other hand, if cities persist in the uncontrolled expansion of urban perimeters, indiscriminate use of resources and unfettered consumption, without regard to ecological damage, the environmental problems associated with cities will continue to worsen.
