  3. What is Work Ethic? • Employee’s feelings about his/her job responsibilities AND how one performs his/her responsibilities • Includes attitude, behavior, respect, communication, and interaction • Shows a person’s real character

  4. What is Character? • Sum of virtues (good) and vices (bad) • What a person does when no one is looking • General overview of a person as a result of all experiences in life
