  2. King Tut’s Family • His father was Akhenaten. • It is unknown who his mother is. • His Step mother was Nefertiti. • His wife was his half sister Ankhesenpaaten. • His two girls were stillborn and buried with him.

  3. King Tut’s Achievements • He brought back the religious beliefs of Polytheism. • He was only 9 years old when he became Pharaoh.

  4. King Tut’s Death • No one knows how King Tut died. • He died in 1325 B.C., when he was 18 or 19. • Some people believe he was murdered. • Recent medical examinations of his body suggest he died from an infection caused by a broken leg.

  5. King Tut’s name in Hieroglyphics The gold around parts of his name was used to represent royalty, this is what the hieroglyphics looked like that they found in his tomb.
