Functions Deaeration: • Removes the air from the incoming treated water to keep the beverage DO level down. • The deaeration is done with vacuum as well with forced CO2 method. • 2 stage SS water tank with continuous water circulation under vacuum condition for Deaeration. • Water ring type vacuum pump is used to create vacuum.

  6. Functions Mixing: • Mixing Deaerated water with syrup by flow measurement method. • Inductive flow meters are used to measure the flow with high accuracy. • Syrup flow is controlled with pneumatic proportional valve. • Mixing ratio and flow can be changed online.

  7. Functions Chilling: • The row beverage after mixing is chilled through plate heat exchanger (PHE). • The beverage output temperature is controlled by controlling the coolant with pneumatic proportional valve and PID controller.

  8. Functions Carbonation: • The CO2 is mixed in chilled beverage by online venture system by measuring CO2 flow. The CO2 is controlled by manual varnier graded valve. • The option of tank carbonation is also possible for carbonation.

  9. Functions Storage: • The ready chilled beverage is stored in insulated SS tank. • The tank is equipped with pressure control and level control system • The tank is equipped with high pressure safety valve.

Performance guarantee • Maximum Mixing ratio 1:3 (syrup : water) • Brix accuracy: +/- 0.05 Deg. • Maximum carbonation: 11 grams / ltr. • Carbonation accuracy: +/- 0.1 GV • Deaeration efficiency: 75% • Beverage Temperature: 1 Deg. C @ incoming water temp. 35 deg. C. • Temperature accuracy: +/- 1 deg. C. • Beverage temp. drop: Max. 1 Deg. C. / 10 min. storage • CIP flow: 10% higher than rated mixer capacity

Construction • All 3 tanks (Deaeration, Syrup and Buffer tank) made of SS 304. • Hygienic construction concept. • Machine piping: SS 304 with internal electro polish 0.8 RA. • Piping fabrication by purging argon orbital welded. • All pump with SS housing with SS impellor. • Pneumatic controls by SMC / FESTO or equivalent. • Main Electrical and operating panel made of SS. • All electrical hardware by SCHNIDER or equivalent. • Automation system by GE FANUC. • Instrumentation by E&H / SIEMENS SIPART CONTROLLER. • Control valves of ARCA / ALFA LAVAL or equivalent. • PHE of IDMC / ALFA LAVAL or equivalent.
