Course Objectives • Obtain the knowledge and skills you need to clear the PMP certification exam • Earn the mandatory 35 PDUs to take the PMP certification exam • Develop a practical understanding of the 5 process groups and 10 knowledge areas in the PMBOK. • Master the skills to effectively manage, execute, and deliver assignments in line with global project management best practices

  3. What is PMP • PMP stands for Project Management Professional is a globally recognized professional designation offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Currently there are 29,552 active PMP certified individuals and more than 280 chartered chapters across 210 countries and territories worldwide.

  4. What is PMP exam format? • PMP exam consists 200 questions and the duration to answer is 4 hours. There are 25 pretest questions which are randomly placed and will not count as test score that means candidates will be scored on 175 questions. • All questions on this exam is worth precisely as much as the next. The very simple ones and the more complex ones are not weighted against each other; all are the same value.
