Oak Park Lacrosse Mission The mission of Oak Park Lacrosse is to help develop boys into virtuous men through the pursuit of excellence in athletic competition.  Thereby, learning some of the life skills necessary to enjoy a higher quality of life as they move on in the world. That our players may develop through perseverance, hard work, selflessness and dedication to a cause; a maturity and modest confidence that will serve them throughout their lives.  And to know the satisfaction that can only be experienced by those who have earned their place in the world.

Actual Player Costs Through OPHS funding, fundraisers, Snack Shack, OPHS Athletic Booster Club and spirit wear sales – these are the costs for 2013: Returning Players: $475 New Players: $840 * • $200 Transportation payable at Final Clearance (included) • $200 Pre-season camp payable at camp (included) • Balance due at Student Store prior to scrimmage * Difference is one time cost of spirit pack

Preliminary Clearance • Thursday, 24 Jan at 12:15 at Gym • Required prior to tryouts • Turn in Forms • Athletic Physical Activity Certificate – Main office • Blue Emergency Card – coach (at 1st day or can’t tryout) Final Clearance • Thursday, 21 Feb at 2:30 at Student Store • Pay Transportation Fee ($200) • Turn in Forms (must have ID) • Acknowledgment and Assumption of Potential Risk • OPHS/CIF Co-curricular Code • Residential Eligibility – Out of District players only • Concussion Information Sheet

  11. Eagle Pre-Season Lacrosse Camp • OPHS coaches and special guest coaches • Individual skill based • Allows us to continue to have quality coaches at Oak Park • $200 payable first day of camp
