  1. ASOS • Is quite a good website because it lets you look through all the products available and gives you many ways of communication such as: • Telephone • Mobile Updates • Facebook • Twitter • Email • Newsletter • Help Forum • Live Service Update • Discounts/Offers • Easy Categories and Sub-Headings • YouTube

  2. ASOS Facebook • This is a good way of communicating with ASOS because basically everyone has got facebook so a lot of people will be able to see the updates and offers. There is a way of seeing live feeds on facebook so you will be able to see the updates ASOS put.

  3. ASOS Twitter • This is a good way of communicating because a lot of people are on twitter so they will be able to see the offers and discounts you can get and you can see live updates on what people are putting.

  4. ASOS YouTube • This is a good way of communicating because you can watch the videos that ASOS upload. The videos will probably be of catwalks that take place.

  5. ASOS Newsletter/ Magazine • This is a good way of communicating because newsletters get sent out by post to your house so you can have a look through the offers in the newsletter. Also they have pictures of the product. The pictures on the website are very different because on the newsletter the products looks much nicer compared to the picture of the product on the website.

  6. ASOS Email • This is quite a good way of communicating because you can get emails with updates of products and product prices. The good thing about email is that you can keep the email for as long as you want and of you delete it by accident you can recover it by going into deleted items.

  7. Badger Menswear • Is a quite awful website because it doesn’t let you look through the products available and doesn’t give you anyways of communicating apart from: • A telephone number • Directions to the shop • Send a message • NO buying online!!!

  8. Badgers Telephone • This is an average way of communicating because there might be only one telephone in store and they might be on the phone so you wont be able to contact them.

  9. Badgers Directions • This is not a very good way of communicating because the directions might not be very good (hard to read/understand). • Also people might live far away and cant get there to shop.

  10. Badgers not being able to buy off the website • This is an awful way of communicating because the customers cant give feedback on the product. • Also the customers might live far away and cant get to the shop to buy the clothes.

  11. Badgers sending a message • This is an average way of communicating because you can send them a message of what you think of the website such as what they need to improve and what is good about the website.

  12. Comparison • Overall ASOS is a much better website. This is because they give you much more ways of communicating with them and also lets you buy products off the website. • Overall Badgers is an awful website. This is because it only gives you 1 or 2 ways of communicating with them and doesn’t let you buy off the website. • Overall ASOS is a much better website than Badgers because they give you many more ways of communicating with them and also they let you but products off the website unlike Badgers.
