  3. Educación Obligatoria (Compulsory Education) • Compulsory (6-16 years old)

  4. Educación Primaria(Primary School) • Normally : 6-12 years old Pupils are allowed to repeat a year (maximum once in the whole Primary School)

  5. Educación Secundaria Obligatoria ESO(Compulsory Secondary School) • Normally : 12-16 years old Pupils are allowed to repeat a year (maximum twice in the whole Secondary School, and not two consecutive years)PCPI (Initial Professional Qualification Program): >16 years old without ESO Certificate

  6. Educación Secundaria (Secondary School) - Normally : 16-18 years old - Pupils are allowed to repeat a year (maximum 4 times) - Exam needed to enter the University
