  14. What tips do we suggest? • Wired Network Connection • Practice with “Chat” feature using keyboard • This is in addition to audio • Do a practice Webinar just to introduce the students to the concept of web conferencing • Good speakers • Microphone should be kept away from speakers

What tips do we suggest? • Be sure of date and time of conference • Stand alone microphone • For 1 at a time speakers • Camera or a tripod for large groups • Long cable to connect to the computer • Sole responsibility of the camera holder • Dry Run • Practice connecting and working in actual space • Have a backup plan should connections fail
