  3. Think carefully about each sentence and decide if you should sit down.

  4. Sit down if you have ever tried a food you didn’t like.

  5. Sit down if you have been scared when you have been with others and stopped yourself from getting upset because you were concerned that you might upset the others in turn.

  6. Sit down if you have ever stood up to a bully.

  7. Sit down if you have ever attempted to do something you were afraid of.

  8. Sit down if you have ever told the truth even though you knew it would get you into trouble.

  9. Sit down if you have ever fallen out with someone because they wanted you to do something you thought was wrong.
