  1. Feed Your Brain Co Leaders - Anthony Lauderdale and Mitchell Zak Group Members – Cheryl Glazer, Jamie Calabrese, Adam Smith, Zack Souza

  2. Project Summary Feed Your Brain brings in guest speakers who educate students about interesting things such as, new companies, new ideas, and new technologies.

  3. Deliverables Initial Plan • Recruit 3-5 speakers • Schedule dates and times for speakers • Have 15-20 students attend each event Actual Plan • Recruited 2 guest speakers, 1 speaker for summer session. • Scheduled speaking dates for first 2 speakers, failed to schedule 3rd presenter. • 18 students attended first presentation. Needed double that amount. (Joint Presentation) • Refreshments for first presentation.

  4. Timeline Initial Timeline • Have all the speaking dates scheduled before spring break. Actual Timeline • Only scheduled 2 speakers after spring break. • First Speaker Spoke on March 25th • Second Speaker Spoke on March 28th • Failed to schedule final speaker.

  5. Leadership Analysis Good • Organizing team meetings. (one per week) • Communicated effectively with other group members via Facebook. • Updating Wiki Bad • Procrastination kills! • Better communication with Ebe about our goals and our progress throughout the semester. • Over prepare, prepare for the worst .

  6. Team Analysis Everyone communicated effectively. Everyone did what they were asked to do. No negative Nellies.

  7. Success? Calculated all the scores of the surveys by making it a point value. 14 questions for each survey and added up the totals separate to rate whether we were successful. 5-Strongly Agree, 4-Agree,3-Neutral,2-Disagree,1-Strongly Disagree. 70-Very Successful,56-Successful,42-Average,28-Below Average,14-Your done. The average from the surveys we received was 61.1, meaning that we were in between being very successful and being successful.
