  3. Constitution • The constitution of the Confederates Sates of America are extremely similar to the Original Constitution of the United States of America. • Nearly all laws and rights are the same as the original except the slaves rights, of course. • Congress is still the governing body.

  4. Branches of Government • The same as the original US. Government.

  5. Representation • Rich White Land Owners

  6. Process of elections • Same As The north • Since the country did not last very long the government did not have time to have official elections.
