  3. Video Email CoVideo began developing video email as its flagship product in 2005 and since that time has added many features too numerous to mention. The basic premise was to make it simple for anyone to use on a desktop or laptop and we achieved that goal. It is basically a 3-step process. - Record the video - Preview it - Send it That’s all you need to do! All the features for inserting pictures, presentations, or other videos, like commercials, can be done at the click of a button. It has a solid administrative management system that records who opened it, the telephone, email address, when it was opened and if it was forwarded. The video recorder is shown here with various custom-designed templates, each with web links of your choice. When the template opens, your video plays automatically.

  4. Video Blogging Blogs are the up and coming thing. Their content is intended to be informative and oftentimes provocative. We now offer you the ability to setup your own blog. Not just a blog but a video blog (Vlog), where your viewers can add content to your blog in video, text, sound or all three. Blogging is a great way to bring people to your web site. We set it up for our Vice President of Sales to communicate to our sales people in the field. Keeping them abreast of new concepts, updates, testing and to generate new uses for video.

  5. Video Conference Video Conferencing, though not new, until now has not been broadly accepted mostly due to cost. We offer a simple-to-use, cost-effective way to communicate with anyone, anywhere around the world. You will be impressed with the quality and the communication experience. Assuming all parties have a decent interconnection speed and suitable webcam, the conversations are virtually real time. We also have integrated instant messaging capability (blue template bottom center) so others can type comments without interrupting the session. We also offer a “mute” capability to go “off line” for privacy, when necessary, during the conference. Several templates are available to accommodate visitors from 1-on-1 up to 11 in the session.

  6. Video Classroom How about a virtualclassroom environment for as many as 35 at a time? What better way to know a student is in the class than to see that person appearing in the appropriate video box. Actual attendance in the classroom can become a thing of the past. Remote classroom instruction can be conducted for school or corporate use and can take place in a virtual classroom. Materials and teaching aids can be uploaded and shown in the enlarged area. This product is currently in a beta testing mode with a client that offers continuing education programs throughout16 states. Product introduction is scheduled for September 2007 and should have credit card processing capability.

  7. Video Newsletter We all receive our share of newsletters promoting business. But how many actually get read? What If you produced a newsletter having your own masthead that included videos of new products, services or techniques; and featured a major customer; or provided key information about the industry? It’s intended use is to place an icon on your web site and when clicked by a prospect or customer your company representative will appear live in streaming video over the internet. Your visitor will be amazed when your representative talks to them in real time. What a great way to start relationship building early in the selling or service process with someone you don’t even know. As an added bonus…If your visitor has a web camera communications can take place without typing just like conducting a mini conference.
