  1. Wine rack The back rail of the wine rack is mounted to far back to ensure safe storage of standard size wine bottles. To resolve this issue an additional rear rack rail is requested.

  2. Master bedroom carpet We have two problems with this carpet In a low traffic area in the center, the carpet has started to shed pile There seems to be a void in the underlay which is leading to a wear ridge.

  3. Kitchen unit The kitchen unit appears to have suffered installation damage.

  4. Dish washer unit When cleaning the dishwasher it was noted that it had suffered installation damage to the frame and door (due to a fitting screw not being properly installed).

  5. Back upstairs air-conditioning unit Upon replacing the filter unit (the size stated on the unit is 20”x15”) it was noted that the filter fitted was 20”x16”. Upon closer investigation it can be seen that the unit was damaged during installation and that a 20”x15” filter is such a sloppy fit as to be useless. The 20”x16” filter is no better as it has to be cannibalized to get it to fit.
