What is the Academy all about? • The College of West Anglia Rugby Academy is here to help you... • Develop as a Rugby Player • Gain a recognised Qualification which can lead you onto higher education or employment • Develop you towards a career in rugby, be it Playing, Coaching, Refereeing, Fitness Coaching, Working for the RFU, etc. • Learn from top level coaching, teaching and support using the latest technology and best facilities • Play at the very best college level for your age group and give you the opportunity to win representative honours

  3. Develop as a Rugby Player. • Specialist Rugby Coaching • Free Gym Access all year round • Sports Nutrition, Psychology and Sports Science Support • Individual Fitness Training Plans • Career Development Support • Outlets to play at local, regional and National Levels

Gain a recognised Qualification which can lead you onto higher education or into employment. • Select a course from entry level to level 3 to suit your academic ability and career aspirations. • As well as your main course you will have the opportunity to gain additional awards and qualifications in coaching, officiating and fitness instructing.

Develop you towards a career in rugby, be it Playing, Coaching, Refereeing, Fitness Coaching, Working for the RFU, etc. • We will give you the opportunity to gain additional awards such as... • Coaching Qualifications • Refereeing Qualification • Fitness Instructing • And to develop these skills in practical situations... • Primary School Coaching • Local Rugby Tournaments • Volunteer for the RFU • College Rugby Projects
