Problem : Temperature sensors on the DFBXG 600A low current lead TT983s Observations:Temperature drops for leads Y2, Y4, Y5, Y8Noise for Y1, Y3, Y6, Y7, Y2, Y4, Y12 (6/5 to 6/9), Y13Time of occurrences:6/05/08 6/10/08 10 am6/10/08 4 pm6/12/08 11 amThese sensors were installed by Nicolas Vauthier 05/09/08Questions:- What did happen to the new installed sensor TT983s ? - Wanted : Correlation to establish with the electrical activities around the DFBXG (ELQA, HV, ground, etc..).- Isolation problem? electrical cables stress during activities?- Proximity boxes under focus? - How to prevent such events?- Review TT893s cabling? Review ELQA and HC test procedure?- Confirm that the band heaters are working.Status:- The control valve, CV891, for these leads were forced closed.- Need to understand what happened in order to perform the qualification test for the final protocol (equipped all VC leads).- The powering of L8 RQX and RTX2 is not compromise.
