  3. About CRS The Council of Residential Specialists is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. With over 30,000 members, CRS represents the most successful REALTORS® in the U.S. We provide best-in-class education, networking, practitioner-developed tools, and mentoring—and we also award the CRS Designation to experienced agents who have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.  
  4. CRS Strategic Planning The Board is taking a systematic approach to strategic planning, asking: How will social and industry-related trends impact our profession both now and in the future? How can the Council help prepare us to succeed no matter what the future holds? The 2015-2017 Strategic Plan will be presented to the Board for approval in November.

New CRS ProgramsLeadership Training Program A new full-year leadership program (5 webinars, 2 hands-on workshops, and a live conference in Chicago in December) Open to all CRS members Aims to train and empower future leaders of the Council and help all of our agents develop the leadership skills that will help them succeed in their businesses The webinars are recorded, so you can register throughout the year and still access the content

Keeping in Touch with Your Sphere covers strategies for connecting with your colleagues, prospects, leads, and existing clients to provide meaningful interactions that nurture these relationships.
