  1. 2/14/2012 Objective: Students willcome up with 8 mnemonics for vocabulary. Students will take 15 annotations as they read the assigned text. Students will respond to 3 comprehension questions in complete sentences. Agenda: Mnemonics from Pardoner’s Prologue/Tale and Wife of Bath’s Prologue/Tale (photo show) SSR or group reading + 15 annotations 3 in-text questions HW: Finish Wife of Bath

  2. Mnemonics Vocabulary picture clip Hopefully the pictures bring a better understanding to the new words. Fill in your mnemonics chart as we go.

  3. SSR or Group Reading (You choose) Choose to begin reading the Wife of Bath’s Prologue and Tale independently or as a group with a teacher. Take 15 annotations throughout Prologue and Tale using post-its. Respond to the following 3 comprehension questions in complete sentences and turn in at the end of the period:   1. What was the knight’s crime? 2. What question does the knight have to answer in order to avoid being beheaded? 3. Describe the lady that the knight meets.
