LONG TERM GOALS. • To develop 21st century skills in students as well as in teachers. • To enhance teacher`s approaches towards learning according to the 21st • century needs. • To develop I.T. skills in students as well as the students. • To encourage Higher Order Learning process in my classroom.
SHORT TERM GOALS. • To enhance my giving directions skills to promote intellectual curiosity in students. • While focusing upon questioning skills, enhance interpersonal & collaborative skills of students. • To encourage development of problem identification formulation & solution seeking skills in my students. • To enhance information and I.T. skills of my students as well as myself.
HIGHER ORDER LEARNING OBJECTIVES. • CONQUEST OF SINDH IN 712 A.D. • At the end of the lesson the students will be able to: • ANALYSING: • Examine the event to identify the causes and prepare an outline. • EVALUATING: • Determine the effects of the success of the Muslims by preparing a report • CREATING: • Prepare a biography of Mohammad bin Qasim
HIGHER ORDER LEARNING OBJECTIVES. • CAUSES OF THE SUCCESS OF THE ABBASIDE MOVEMENT. • At the end of the lesson the students will be able to: • ANALYSING: • Examine the causes of the unpopularity of Umayyads and prepare an outline of causes of its downfall. • EVALUATING: • Assess the major strengths of the Abbasid movement and conclude reasons of its success. • CREATING: • Set up a plan formulated by the Abbasids to ensure the success of their movement.
HIGHER ORDER LEARNING OBJECTIVES. • INTERNAL POLICY OF AL MANSUR: • At the end of the lesson the students will be able to: • ANALYSING: • Inspect the rebellions and reforms of his age and prepare a report. • EVALUATING: • Judge the administrative qualities of the Caliph and evaluate his desired achievements. • CREATING: • Prepare a presentation on AL MANSUR as THE REAL FOUNDER OF THE ABBASSIDES.

CONCLUSION • Thus this action plan :based upon 21st century goals, approaches and techniques will surely help me to enhance my teaching skills and make the learning process more effective.
