KS4 - Exams. Exams take place in the Hall, Dining Hall, and Year 7. Mrs Downing’s students are in Year 7 area. The first exam is on Monday 8 th November which is English for all students. Be Prepared. Equipment - Pen Pencil Ruler Calculator. Know your seat number and location.

  1. KS4 - Exams • Exams take place in the Hall, Dining Hall, and Year 7. • Mrs Downing’s students are in Year 7 area. • The first exam is on Monday 8th November which is English for all students.

  2. Be Prepared • Equipment - Pen Pencil Ruler Calculator. • Know your seat number and location. • All seat numbers are on your last timetable that were given out. Please double check where you are located. • No Mobile Phones or MP3 Players.

  3. Exam Timetable • You will receive 2 timetables. • Please check your personal details to see that they are correct. • Please check to see and make a note of your seat number and where you will be taking the exam.

  4. On the day of the test - Morning • Register as normal in the morning and then go down to the area you are taking the exam. • Come to your area via the outside to the bus park and take your seat. • Coats and bags to be left outside the exam area. • Morning exams start prompt at 9.am.

  5. Exam Start Time • Registration will be taken from the exam room. • Morning Exams start at 9am. • Those not in any exam will register and go to lessons as normal.

  6. Exam Conditions • No talking in the exam room. • No turning around. • Clear pencil cases only. • Check all your answers carefully. • If you have a problem raise your hand and an Invigilator will come to help you.

  7. What If ?? • If you are ill please contact Mrs Tevenan. • If you are late try to get contact with College and get to school as soon as possible. • If you have an injury or serious personal problems please contact Mrs Tevenan (Exams Office) • Special Consideration may be available for the above circumstances.

  8. Exam Packs • Exam packs are now available at the Finance Office. • £1 per pack – pen, pencil, ruler, rubber, and plastic wallet. • These are now available to purchase – please buy in advance of the exams.

  9. The exam timetable and this presentation will be on the college website.
